Building Rapport is the Key To Major Gifts Success

This session is designed to address the principal that major gift success is rooted in the senior management's and gift officer's ability to empower qualified donors to align their personal missions with the mission of the organization. This of course, requires sophisticated relationship skill, high emotional intelligence, and core knowledge of philanthropy.

Each two and one half hour session will originate at Citizens Bank fourth floor CREDO Room located at 875 Elm Street, Manchester New Hampshire and be available in Rhode Island via teleconferencing in the Wischnowsky Room at Citizens Bank, One Citizens Plaza Providence, RI. If attendance at one of these two sites is not possible you may also participate via a Web Nair. Networking with coffee and continental breakfast will begin at 8:30. Each program will begin at 9:00 a.m. and adjourn at 11:30. Reservations and arrangements for parking and web site access are encouraged for all three sessions listed below and can be made by calling Maureen Zidek at (603) 634-7751.

We encourage you to call early to reserve a place for your trustees, and senior management.
