SITUATION
The health system foundation needed an assessment of their fundraising operation and recommendations for improvement, especially for their annual giving program.
STRATEGIC APPROACH
The consultants of Copley Raff undertook an extensive evaluation of the operation and fundraising methods and strategies and provided a report with discovery, financial modeling and recommendations. Copley Raff, through its Rising Tide Direct affiliate, continues to provide direct mail strategy, creative and execution services.
