SUMMARY
PCRMC has grown from a small, country hospital to the world-class facility it is today, employing a staff of over 1,700 and licensed for 242 patient beds. The PCRMC Physicians Group has over 130 providers and offers over 30 physician specialty services.
SITUATION
The Medical Center wanted to raise $7 million to create the Delbert Day Cancer Institute.
STRATEGIC APPROACH
Copley Raff consultants trained volunteers and staff, created a campaign plan and worked with the team to conduct a successful campaign. Copley Raff, through its Rising Tide Direct affiliate, continues to provide direct mail strategy, creative and execution services.
MOVING THE NEEDLE
• Foundation went from raising $700,000 annually to raising $7 million in three years.
• The opening of the Delbert Day Cancer Institute opened in 2016.
