Rebekah Kaufman, MS, MBA

Senior Associate - Search & Advancement

Rebekah works closely with nonprofits undertaking feasibility studies, campaigns, and executive search projects. She specializes in interviewing and is able to ask the hard and important questions in order to provide her clients with real time, actionable data. She also is a skilled development writer, and has authored numerous case for support documents, ask strategies, and campaign collateral materials. Her clients have included South County Hospital, Huggins Hospital, NACCHO (National Association of County and City Health Officials), Crotched Mountain Foundation, Baptist Health Systems, and several temples across Massachusetts, including Temple Sinai of Brookline, Temple Reyim of Newton, Temple Emanu-El of Marblehead, and Congregation Sha’aray Shalom of Hingham.

Previous to Copley Raff, Rebekah was the Vice President of Business Development for Weber Shandwick, a global public relations agency, where she created and implemented an integrated internal marketing, external marketing, and communications strategy for the New England office. She was one of the organizers for the organization’s annual philanthropy day, which provided public relations training for executive directors of regional nonprofits.

Rebekah has been active on a range of nonprofit boards. Recent engagements include Jewish Community Housing For the Elderly (recently rebranded to 2Life Communities), where she and a small subcommittee of drafted the organization’s 5-year strategic plan, and the Simmons College School of Management Alumni Board, where she worked to raise the visibility of the school with alumna. She is currently the First Vice President of the Doll Study Club of Boston and the Recording Secretary of Doll Collectors of America.
